Students have 6 months to complete their course from the date of purchase.
Colorado Continuing Education Requirements
The Colorado Division of Real Estate requires brokers and employing brokers to complete 24 hours of continuing education every three years to renew their real estate license.
- 12 hours must include three different versions of the 4-hour Annual Commission Update (ACU) course.
- Your remaining 12 hours can be any combination of electives or other topic areas.
- You’ll need to retain proof of completion of CE courses for a minimum of four years, and provide proof of completion upon the Commission’s request.

Webcam Mandate
To receive continuing education credit for attending a Live Online class, the Colorado Real Estate Commission requires students to have their webcam on and be in view for the duration of the session. Credit will be denied for students not following this rule.
