Minnesota Real Estate Continuing Education Courses

Minnesota Continuing Education Requirements
15 Hours Each Year
- Must include the annual 3-hour-and-45-minute mandatory module
30 Total Hours Every Two Years
- Includes the 15 hours completed in the previous year
- 1 hour of training in Fair Housing
- 1 hour of training in Agency Laws
