Kansas Licensing Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or the equivalent
- Complete 60 hours of salesperson prelicensing education
- Kansas Principles of Real Estate (30 hours)
- Kansas Real Estate Practice (30 hours)
- Pass the Kansas salesperson licensing exam
- Choose a Kansas sponsoring broker
- Apply for licensure
