This CO online real estate course provides you with information on the nation’s real estate housing market today. Simply, there is too much demand and not enough affordable housing. Prices are fluctuating, and the market is difficult to predict. This national real estate course will discuss the history of real estate in the United States, including significant architectural, geographic, and societal developments that impact homebuyers and housing availability. You will delve into federal and state initiatives to improve the housing situation, as well as what the future holds for buyers, sellers, real estate licensees, and the nation’s market. In addition, you will learn specific action steps that you can take to protect consumers and provide for your clients’ changing housing needs. The final exam is 30 multiple-choice items.

This course has been approved by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Real Estate, for 4 hours of real estate continuing education.
