With Kaplan as your real estate school, you’ll choose from a wide variety of first-class California real estate continuing education courses —all designed to keep you current and well-versed as a real estate salesperson or broker.
You’re required to renew your California real estate license every four years. First time? Check out our California First Renewal Courses.
Students have 6 months to complete their course from the date of purchase.
Salesperson First License Renewal (45 Hours):
- Five separate 3-hour courses in Ethics, Agency, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing, and Risk Management
- A 2-hour Implicit Bias Training course
- A minimum of 18 hours of Consumer Protection courses
Salesperson Second & Subsequent License Renewals (45 Hours):
- One 9-hour survey course covering Ethics, Agency, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing, Risk Management, Management and Supervision, and Implicit Bias (with the option to take each course separately)
- A minimum of 18 hours of Consumer Protection courses
