Here, you’ll find everything needed to complete your 18 hours of required education every two years. If you’re a salesperson who has become a supervisor in the past 6 months, we’ve got your required 6-hour Broker Responsibility course covered too.
All students will have 6 months from the date of purchase to complete their course.
Texas Continuing Education Requirements (18 Hours)
- 4-hour Legal Update I Course
- 4-hour Legal Update II Course
- 3 hours of contract-related courses
- 7 hours of elective courses

How Often CE Needs to Be Completed
Agents may renew their license up to six months after their expiration date. After six months and up to two years past expiration, agents must apply for reinstatement.
Texas real estate licenses are valid for two years.
