Students will have 6 months from the date they are provided online access to complete the BAP professional development course.
Complete the Education: Complete the full Online Video course.
Pass the Examination: Pass the exam within the course that will assess your knowledge of buyer agents’ value to homebuyers. After completing your education and passing the exam, you will be ready for Step 3.
Submit the Online Application for your designation within 6 months of completing your education.
- Continuing Education (CE)
Designees must complete four (4) continuing education credit hours during the previous two-year period. The credit hours (total) of continuing education must be related to any combination of the following topics:- Ethics
- Buyer representation
- Consumer protection
- Negotiation
- Financing
- Property valuation
- As part of the renewal process, designees must have, within the previous two-year period, closed four real estate sales transactions in which the designee represented the buyer in the transaction.
