How to Renew a Wisconsin Home Inspector’s License
A. Renewals are every two years by December 14 of the even years.
B. Licensees must complete 40 hours of education per renewal cycle in any course related to the general subject matter of home inspection; course approval and provider pre-approval not required.

WI Home Inspector License Exam Provider Information
A. Exams are scheduled through PSI after applications and fees are submitted and approved by the state. Once approved, applicants will be provided an exam name, password, and application ID number. Review additional exam information from the state here.
