RealXperts: Kaplan’s Buyer Agency Professional (BAP) Designation

Kaplan Real Estate Education

Kaplan has launched a new designation tailored for real estate professionals: the Buyer Agency Professional™ (BAP™) designation. The way buyer’s agents are getting paid is changing and this course is intended to help these agents develop and demonstrate their unique value proposition to would-be buyers. The course will teach you the skills needed to succeed in a post-class-action lawsuit world by learning to outshine competitors, create compelling value propositions, confidently win buyer representation presentations, and master the art of securing compensation. From understanding the type of contract needed, to creating a professional services menu that meets the buyer’s specific needs, it will help you become more valuable buyer’s agents and get paid for doing it.

Watch this informational webinar as co-creators Amiee Hanson & Steve Pederson as they explain the advantages of attaining this designation.

Note: The course does not qualify for a certification, real estate continuing education, or any credit other than a digital badge. The BAP designation is not associated or affiliated with the Realtor Association Board.

State-Specific Real Estate Continuing Education: This is a professional development course and does not provide any real estate CE or any other credit. If you would like to select courses that can be filed for real estate state-specific CE, you must select your state from KapRE.com.
