The California Department of Real Estate requires all licensees to complete a 9-hour survey course as part of the mandatory 45 hours of continuing education required for second and subsequent license renewals. This course includes a physical textbook that ships upon enrollment and an online component that is REQUIRED to complete the survey exam.

This 9-Hour survey course meets the new survey continuing education requirements that took effect January 2023.
