Get Started as a Salesperson
Fulfill the salesperson educational requirement with Kaplan’s three 30-hour courses. Course I covers the basic principles of Minnesota real estate. Once you have completed Course I, we encourage you to take an exam prep course. Following the exam, Course II and Course III will teach you the necessities of doing business as a real estate salesperson in MN.

Prior to applying* for reimbursement, you must complete all licensing requirements and possess your license or certification.
