Satisfy Your 2023-2024 Minnesota Required Continuing Education Module

In this online real estate continuing education course, you will come to understand the importance of promoting fair housing. Throughout this course, you will review the evolution of agency relationships in Minnesota. Agents and brokers will review fiduciary duties and brush up on RESPA, marketing service agreements, and disclosure responsibilities. The course provides a detailed conversation on common interest communities. Finally, you will wrap up by exploring the growth of fair housing laws on both the national and state levels, and how to steer clear of any unfair practices.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3.75 hours of real estate continuing education. Completion of this course will also satisfy the 1 hour of Fair Housing and 1 hour of Agency Law as required in § 82.61.(c) (1) (2).
