Satisfy Your 2024-2025 Minnesota Required Continuing Education Module Requirement
In this real estate course, you will come to understand the importance of eliminating risk in all real estate transactions. Throughout this course, you will review disclosure requirements, listing requirements, facilitator agreements, negotiation practices, trust account handling, and methods of cancellation. Agents and brokers will brush up on your responsibilities, licensing laws, required education, and license application changes for 2024.
This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3.75 hours of real estate continuing education. This course also satisfies the 1-hour broker module requirement. Completion of this course DOES NOT satisfy the 1 hour of Fair Housing and 1 hour of Agency Law as required in § 82.61.(c) (1) (2).
