• REQUIRED 7/1/24–6/30/25 Salesperson & Broker Required Module: Risk Management and Minnesota License Procedure Live Online Course (3.75-Credit Hours): Come to understand the importance of eliminating risk in all real estate transactions. Throughout this course, you will review disclosure requirements, listing requirements, facilitator agreements, negotiation practices, trust account handling, and methods of cancellation. Agents and brokers will brush up on your responsibilities, licensing laws, required education, and license application changes for 2024.
  This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3.75 hours of real estate continuing education. This course also satisfies the 1-hour broker module requirement. Completion of this course DOES NOT satisfy the 1 hour of Fair Housing and 1 hour of Agency Law as required in § 82.61.(c) (1) (2).
• Whose Side Are You On?: Buyer and Seller Representation Live Online Course (4-Credit Hours): Relationships and representation are a key part of the real estate industry. This course looks closely at buyer and seller representation to help you more clearly define these relationships, roles, and duties. Topics discussed include evolution of agency representation, current legal issues, types of agency, exclusive vs. nonexclusive contracts, negotiating for each side, and Fair Housing concerns to keep in mind. You will leave this real estate course better prepared to represent both buyers and sellers.
  This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 4 hours of real estate continuing education. Completion of this course will also satisfy the 1 hour of Fair Housing and 1 hour of Agency Law as required in §82.61.(c)(1) (2).
• Real Estate Evolution: Trends and Transformations Live Online Course (4-Credit Hours): Join us on a journey through history to understand the societal and environmental changes that agriculture and construction development have undergone and where they lead us to in housing today. This real estate course takes a look at the evolution of agriculture and modern-day agricultural trends, sustainable construction trends, including passive and net-zero design, and alternative living spaces such as microliving.
  This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 4 hours of real estate continuing education.
• The Errors Tour: Real Estate Edition Live Online Course (4-Credit Hours): This 4-hour class guides you through the consequences of errors on your Minnesota real estate business and reputation. You will explore several case studies on miscellaneous errors and enforcement actions. The course also covers topics related to agency relationships, disclosure requirements, fiduciary duties, the practice of real estate, and available types of representation agreements.
  This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 4 hours of real estate continuing education. Completion of this course will also satisfy the 1 hour of Fair Housing and 1 hour of Agency Law as required in §82.61.(c)(1) (2).
