Ohio Real Estate License Renewal (30 Hours):

  • Complete 30 hours of CE every three years by your birthday
  • Must include three separate 3-hour courses in Canons of Ethics, Civil Rights, and Core Law
  • For Brokers: Also includes a 3-hour Broker Responsibility course

All students will have 6 months to complete their Kaplan course from the date of purchase.
