• Texas Real Estate Licensing Online Courses: Courses include Real Estate Principles I, Real Estate Principles II, Real Estate Law of Agency, Real Estate Law of Contracts, Real Estate Finance, and Promulgated Contract Forms.
• Kaplan Commitment to Pass: We’re confident that with your dedication and our proven real estate licensing program, you’ll pass your state exam the first time. If you do not pass after completing our program, we’ll continue to support your studies at no cost to you through the Kaplan Commitment. Our instructors will help you create a personalized study plan, and you’ll continue to have access to our exam prep tools and instructors for up to 18 months as long as you continue your studies. The continued enrollment without additional charge is the Kaplan Commitment to help you pass the exam. It cannot be transferred to others. The refund policy for the original enrollment does not apply to the continuation. 
• Proctored Final Exam: The Texas Real Estate Commission requires a proctored final exam for your licensing course. You will need to arrange for a proctor, who is someone who will make sure you take the test without outside assistance. Your exam must be proctored by a disinterested third party (at least 18 years of age) with no financial or emotional interest in your passing the exam. Your supervisor, a subordinate, or a family member may not serve as your exam proctor. If you are unable to secure a disinterested third party to proctor your final exam, Kaplan offers Virtual Classroom Proctoring for a $29-per-session fee.
