REAL ESTATE TX
Texas Real Estate Broker Licensing Packages
Take your real estate career to the next level with a Texas Broker Real Estate License. With a Broker License, you will have the freedom to start your very own real estate company. But, before you can do that, you must first hold a Texas Salesperson License for at least four years in the state of Texas or have a current Broker’s License from another state. You must also meet the educational requirements set by TREC, which is 900 hours of real estate education and 360 points. If you have a college degree and 270 hours of qualifying real estate classes, you may have already met the requirement. But if you haven’t, Kaplan Real Estate Education offers numerous qualifying elective courses you need to complete your Texas broker educational requirements.
