Students take the Ohio real estate exams through PSI.
The National Ohio Real Estate Exam is 80 questions and the state portion of the exam is 40 questions.
The Ohio real estate salesperson exam is not difficult for organized students who prepare adequately. Students must obtain a 70% score on both the National and State exam portions to pass.

The best way to prepare for your exam is through fully completing your pre-licensing education, utilizing Kaplan’s Live Online Learning Hub*, and taking practice quizzes and tests through exam prep courses and QBanks. 

*The Live Online Learning Hub is included in all Ohio real estate licensing packages.
The exam is offered year-round through PSI.
The National portion of the exam has a 120-minute time limit and the State portion has a limit of 60 minutes.
Upon approval of your license application by the Ohio Department of Commerce’s Real Estate & Professional Licensing division, the exam can be scheduled online through PSI.
