Fulfill Your North Carolina Mandatory GENUP Continuing Education Requirement 2024-2025 Renewal Period with This Update Course

The 2024-2025 General Update (GENUP) real estate course is a 4-hour continuing education course written by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. This online real estate course must be completed by all non-BIC or non-BIC-eligible North Carolina real estate licensees who wish to renew their licenses for the 2024-2025 license year, and provides 4 of the 8 hours of continuing education required each year. A student manual supplement is included with the course.
