• REQUIRED 2024–2025 GENUP Live Online Class (4 Credit Hours): The 2024-2025 General Update (GENUP) real estate course is a 4-hour continuing education course written by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. This online real estate course must be completed by all non-BIC or non-BIC-eligible North Carolina real estate licensees who wish to renew their licenses for the 2024-2025 license year, and provides 4 of the 8 hours of continuing education required each year. A student manual supplement is included with the course.
• How Tight Lips Sink Ships and Your Real Estate Career Live Online Class (4 Credit Hours): This NC course describes the practice of real property wholesaling, the potential ethical issues involved with it, and the North Carolina Real Estate Commission’s (NCREC) position on the practice. You will learn how required disclosures around material facts relate to wholesaling and how brokers’ failure to disclose can harm clients and customers. Licensees will learn specific action steps that they can take to protect consumers and act in accordance with NCREC laws, rules, and regulations.
