2024-2025 BICUP Course - Broker in Charge

Fulfill Your North Carolina Mandatory BICUP Continuing Education Requirement for the 2024-2025 Renewal Period with This Update Course

The 2024-2025 Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP) course is a 4-hour continuing education real estate course written by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. This NC real estate course must be completed by all BIC or BIC-eligible North Carolina real estate licensees who wish to renew their licenses for the 2024-2025 license year and provides 4 of the 8 hours of continuing education required each year. A student manual supplement is included with the course.
