Everyday Ethics in Real Estate (6-Credit Hours)

Learn How to Uphold the Code of Ethics With This Course

This Missouri course provides you with a solid foundation for ethical behavior in real estate by discussing the basics of ethics, its application to real estate, and current ethical issues you might face in your real estate practice. To test your understanding of ethics, you will be presented with the facts in case studies and then asked to decide what the ethical outcome should be. It also discusses at length the epitome of ethical behavior in the real estate industry, the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.
