This real estate continuing education package consists of the 3-hour mandatory 2025 Michigan Legal Update and Fair Housing course and a 4-hour fair housing continuing education elective course. These 6 hours of CE fulfill your yearly legal update, the 1 hour fair housing requirement, and 3 of the 12 required elective hours required every three years as mandated by the Michigan State Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons.
