The 60 hours of Florida real estate broker post-licensing is split into two 30-hour courses; Real Estate Brokerage Management and Real Estate Investment.  This course meets the 30-Hour Investment portion of the state education requirement for a real estate broker’s first renewal period. 

Based on the content from the Essentials of Real Estate textbook, this course examines the current real estate market and describes the various opportunities for real estate investors. Learn about real estate investment characteristics, techniques of investment analysis, and time-valued money.
