Florida Real Estate Investment Course

The 60 hours of Florida real estate broker post-licensing is split into two 30-hour courses: Real Estate Brokerage Management and Real Estate Investment. This real estate course meets the 30-hour investment portion of the state education requirement for a real estate broker’s first renewal period.  

Based on the popular Essentials of Real Estate Investment, this course uses an effective blend of theory and practice to help you navigate potential investment opportunities in the real estate market. The Florida real estate course covers both the principles and practices of real estate investments. Coverage explores investment trends, tax laws, tax liens, regulations, market conditions, Florida-specific land laws, and more.
