This 17-hour suite of courses fulfills the mandatory education topics required for your first renewal. With this Online Video course, you will receive a textbook PDF that covers all seven topics. After reading through the text, complete the corresponding final exam for each topic online.
This package includes:
- Agency (3 Credit Hours)—The fundamentals of agency law are explained in clear a and concise manner. Topics such as the basic law that governs the relationship between a broker and a buyer or seller in a real estate transaction will be discussed. Special focus is given to correct agency disclosure.
