Real Estate Licensing Course(s)
  • Alabama Real Estate Licensing Online Course: This package includes Alabama Real Estate Principles.
  • Kaplan Commitment to Pass: We’re confident that with your dedication and our proven real estate licensing program, you’ll pass your state exam the first time. If you do not pass after completing our program, we’ll continue to support your studies at no cost to you through the Kaplan Commitment. Our instructors will help you create a personalized study plan, and you’ll continue to have access to our exam prep tools and instructors for up to 18 months as long as you continue your studies. Length of access may be shorter and is dependent upon your state’s regulations. Students should check the state’s regulatory website in which they seek licensure to learn the maximum study time. The continued enrollment without additional charge is the Kaplan Commitment to help you pass the exam. It cannot be transferred to others. The refund policy for the original enrollment does not apply to the continuation.
  • Proctored Final Exam: The Alabama Real Estate Commission requires a proctored final exam for your licensing course. You will need to arrange for a proctor, who is someone who will make sure you take the test without outside assistance. Your real estate exam must be proctored by a disinterested third party with no financial or emotional interest in your passing the exam. Your supervisor, a subordinate, or a family member may not serve as your exam proctor. Acceptable disinterested third-party proctors include an approved real estate instructor, an approved school administrator, a qualified library employee or library volunteer who is not in the real estate business, or a current or retired education professional who is not in the real estate business. If you are unable to secure a disinterested third party to proctor your final exam, Kaplan offers Virtual Classroom Proctoring for a $29-per-session fee.
