All students taking a synchronous live online class must complete their course and then pass the proctored end-of-course exam within 23 days of their last day of class. Per North Carolina Real Estate Commission rules, course access extensions cannot be granted.
Please note that proctoring sessions fill up in advance. Plan accordingly and allow for enough time to schedule a session and pass your exam(s) before your deadline. We recommend scheduling your proctoring session at least two weeks in advance of a desired session date.
What to Do After Pre-Licensing
Once you’ve finished your 75-hour broker pre-licensing requirement, you must submit your application, fee, and required documentation to the state before scheduling your exam with a testing provider. Applications can be found online at www.ncrec.gov.
