This required course will thoroughly inform you about important industry changes in contracting and remodeling, from how the current state of the housing market and demographics affects the contracting and remodeling industry to trends in homeowner desires, materials, timelines, and budgets. It satisfies 7 hours of contractor continuing education (CE), as well as the requirements for both an energy hour and a business management hour.
